In another upset at Copenhagen Games, Lemondogs has knocked out last years runners up SK Gaming with a 16-14 win and move on to face Natus Vincere in lower bracket final. Lemondogs started off as counter-terrorists on de_nuke and traded the opening rounds, going up 4-3. A lucky defuse gave them round eight before more trading continued, setting the score at 7-4 in favor of Björn "threat" Pers' team. The half ended in a similar fashion to how it had begun, as the final four rounds were split for a score of 9-6 at half time. SK Gaming managed to tie up pistol rounds after side change and showed good form while going up 6-2, 12-11 overall.
The two Swedish teams were very evenly matched up all the way until the end, as they were tied up at 14 each before Lemondogs pulled ahead by one. At that point however, Jim "zneel" Andersson faced computer problems that forced him to switch to another PC. After a short pause the play resumed and Robert "RobbaN" Dahlström's team suffered another loss to the Swedes they failed to overcome in the IEM6 World Championship third place decider, losing 14-16 to finish 5-6th at Copenhagen Games 2012.
